That’s a difficult one to answer
But if you hang tight you’ll find out the answer and you can check out 3 of my favourite smoothies.
The problem I find with juice diets, juice fasting, fruit juicing etc.
They make you damn right lazy
Sure they are great because they are quick to make and quick to drink
BUT they don’t teach you to carry it on as a sustainable lifestyle
Most people I’ve met that have done these diets, 90% have gone back to their old eating habits and gained the weight back and got fatter
Maybe you know a few people?
And it’s not because they didn’t get results
It got boring
It got repetitive
Some of the smoothie recipes tasted horrendous
And it didn’t show them what they should have done to adept it into a daily or weekly ‘routine’.
So in come poor food choices and on go the pounds and weight.
Me personally, I hate the word routine… it’s SO boooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrrrriiiinnnnnggg.
Don’t you think??
But I had to use it for the purpose if this email!
Routine of getting up, going to work doing the same thing.
Routine of going to a boring gym doing the same workout
Routine of eating the same thing every day.
My question for you is…
Why set yourself up with a ‘routine’ when you know eventually you’ll get bored of it?
I want you to really think about that for a minute and read on…
Some I understand you have to do but food and exercise ISNT one of them
You have so much variety and much variation you cannot imagine!!
You can mix things up, enjoy different ways of eating and drinking.
You can mix up your training daily so you don’t get bored with a single workout
You don’t need to get bored of a SINGLE meal
AND you don’t need to get fatter after you’ve finished a diet.
I drill this into my members daily
In fact, I give my members WEEKLY meal plans to keep things varied and OUT of a routine.
Recipes which they can enjoy with their family.
With varied meals you can enjoy at work instead of buying them from the shop on the way to work
We change our fitness camp workouts EVERY month to make sure members don’t get bored and continue getting the results they want

Our next Fitness Camp Trial Week starts on Monday 5th of August with a choice of evening classes or morning classes
This is a great chance to come and meet the ‘family’, get involved and see what you’ve been missing in your gym workouts or ‘cardio’ sessions!
If you don’t LOVE the feeling afterwards and of being part of a great family of like-minded, encouraging people, you don’t have to stick around so you have nothing to lose!
So back to the initial questions I started with.
The answer is yes, smoothies are good to have but only if you can apply it in to a balanced lifestyle and they aren’t just with fruit.
Here’s 3 smoothies which were published in the bournemouth echo mag a week or 2 ago.
Try them out and let me know what you think and don’t forget to book your place on the taster week next week.

P.S I had a wicked weekend at the Secret Garden Party FULL of bad food, lots of booze and lots of dancing in the sun so feeling VERY lethargic, tired and can’t be bothered to do anything. I’ll be jumping on board to kickstart with you and the other guys booked on next Monday. I’ll show you exactly what to do and what to eat during the 7 days so you’ll feel awesome by the end of it!
I’d book on NOW before places are gone!
