I’m starting to get really bored of seeing so many companies pushing their products this time of year. Selling on hot buttons and promises of great results using the VERY old marketing strategy ‘New Year, New You’. It’s like this every year because it still works, people still buy into it, as pretty much everyone decides to get fit and lose weight at this time of year.
Gyms get busy for a few months, dieting companies sales go up but a lot fail due to a number of reasons of which you can guess I’m sure…
Radio, TV, Magazines, Gym’s, boot camps and personal trainers are all trying to sell a weight loss program.
What I fail to see in a lot of the ‘New Year, New You’ stuff, is that they aren’t backed up by proof of expertise and knowledge.
Basically they are all saying ‘Buy My Stuff’ and I’ll get you thin.
But what have they shown you to prove that they can help you??
Can you see my point?
This is why people get confused and get caught up in all the ‘NOISE’ of ‘New Year New You’ rubbish and fail to achieve sustainable results.
The people I’ve met that are slim, fit and don’t really have to battle with weight are the ones that eat clean and train hard and don’t get sucked into all the ‘NOISE’
They train 3-5 times a week.
Eat 3-4 clean wholesome meals a day
They don’t get drunk every weekend
They don’t count points
They don’t focus on counting calories
The reason I’ve been so quiet for January is because I didn’t want to plaster you with more ‘Buy My Stuff’ crap.
I actually kept the doors closed all of January and only accepted people if they filled out my questioner via my site.
Can you guess why?
Because I don’t want people that want to go for a deal/offer just because it’s cheap…
And a free week of camp is cheaper than chips…
But it doesn’t guarantee someone to lose weight.
Just the thought of weight loss isn’t enough, because if a person is not committed and if they are not prepared to change old habits to new solid ones, they’re a bit of a lost cause…
As quick as they jump on the bandwagon, the quicker they fall off it.
My goal for January is to provide you with content that will help you start the better way.
This Tuesday 15th January I am running a live webinar to show the exact steps that you need to take to release your breaks, to actually move forward with your goals.
Join me and 45 others that have booked on for my webinar to learn the better way.
