Afternoon boys and girls!!
Just finished of a major legs session in the gym and could barely walk up the stairs to my flat!
Sorry to sound like a big girl…
As we are full swing into the new year a lot of people will have given up on their fitness goals already, due to a number of reason. To keep the ball rolling when it comes to motivation and actually moving forward closer to your goals it takes more than just the thought of weight loss to get you to where you want be.
You know the days when you feel fed up?
The days when you feel too tired to exercise?
The days when you want to go out for a meal that’s totally against the plan?
The days when you want to have a glass a wine after a hard days work?
Pretty frustrating when it’s a constant battle right? Sooner or later you give in but the strenght to get back in the
‘zone’ is little to none…
Setting a deep emotional goal is solid way to remind yourself of why you started your journey to a better body.
This EMOTIONAL goal, THE reason, YOUR purpose to eat clean and train hard, is the strength that you will need the days you are struggling.
Do this and I guarantee that the likely hood of you reaching your goals will be 10x higher!
At first it will be uncomfortable because feelings are what keeps us safe and facing your fear is probably
the biggest step you can make.
Hope fully not as uncomfortable as this guys face…
Never forget, if you do what is easy fat loss is hard but if you do what is hard fat loss is easy.
So get out of the comfort zone you’re in and start making solid lifestyle changes.
Here’s how to start…
Post your thoughts below guys, would be great to read them.
Thanks
