What needs to be done…

…to be a success story for everyone to see.

What makes me happy most is when I have members come in and tell me how many people noticed how great they are looking, since they have lost weight. That’s why I do this job, to make people happy in there own skin and feel great about the way they look.

Losing weight takes courage. Changing the habits of a lifetime isn’t easy. I like to call it the comfort zone… where your body is so used to the way you currently eat & live, it doesn’t like to be put under a lot of stressful activities of exercise and healthy eating because it’s so damn hard to do.

This is where courage and discipline comes in to play. Some have what it takes and some don’t.

A lot of different barriers can come in to play when on a health streak.

Social nights out

Telling yourself you’ll do it tomorrow

Just one drink won’t hurt

My friend cancelled so I didn’t go (this one is a BIG reason I have heard a lot lately)

You see it all comes down to one thing. If you want it bad enough you WILL achieve it!! I’m not saying you have to be anti social, just a bit more disciplined when it comes to exercise. Now Christmas is around corner… Oh how time fly’s. Imagine how awesome it would be to look slim, sexy, vibrant and glowing with confidence in the festive season. Have you got the mental picture in your head yet??

Sexy dress, looking 10 years younger and glowing?

Yes? Good…

Sadly most of the population are going to feel the opposite. Bloated, tired and confidence is zero!

A lot of the time it tends to go like this every single year for most men & woman…

“Ohh it’s the end of the year, it’s my new years resolution to get fit and healthy”

“I can’t afford it, it’s almost Christmas”

“Diet?? Nah Ill wait till next year”

“Too busy to think about exercise”

Let’s be honest and think about the last few years. Have you actually made a change to your body since last year? Are you the same weight as last year or heavier?!

If yes – Then isn’t this the time that you actually stop talking about it and actually take action and do it?

Make a change to your body and your life. Don’t just keep on eating like you do every year. Don’t be in the situation where you have to bring out your bigger clothes because you put on a few pounds.

Make the correct food choice and say a big fat NO to alcohol. If it’s not a special occasion then don’t drink it.

simples What needs to be done…

It all comes down to you. Set your goals and visualise how you want to look or… let it be the same as last year. Bloated, uncomfortable, unhappy at a very special time of the year.

Even if you don’t do my boot camps DO something about it and stop talking about it!

Eat well, train hard and let me know how many complements you get this year on how great you are looking!
