Sugar, Maths & 3 Kilogram Bags

Sugar, Maths & 3 Kilogram Bags

Sugar is THE current bad guy in the war of weight loss.

It’s in the press, it’s in the shops, it’s at work, it’s

in our cupboards at home, its most in low fat foods and it

is also sneakily hidden away in a lot of processed foods.

Take a look at the label of any processed, packaged food

that you have, and I’ll bet you my career that it contains

high levels of sugar.

Even celebrity chef Jamie Oliver has started a campaign for

tax to be added on sugary drinks in the UK. There are a whole

host of celebrities who are turning towards wholefoods and

fat as being the best source of nutrients for health and

longevity.

This is absolutely correct. I know if I had their celebrity

status and T.V as an outlet, I’d have a lot more to say

about it but I don’t… yet, so I’m telling you here

personally in your inbox.

So let’s take an even closer look…

I was surfing the web this morning to read up on some articles

about sugar.

I know a lot about it, the power it has and the facts about

its ability to suppress hormones.

What caught my eye was a headline in an online article published

in 2013 on ‘Mailonline’

“We’re all sugar junkies now: Britons now wolf down an almost

unimaginable 160 teaspoons of it a week - and the even worse

news? It really IS addictive”

“French researchers in Bordeaux recently reported that laboratory

rats chose sugar over cocaine – despite the fact that they

were addicted to cocaine.”

Bold statement right?

That’s why this shit is SO hard to give up and why people eat

so much of it and crave it constantly…

…Because it is as addictive, if not more, than cocaine AND

is available to buy at your local supermarket.

And check this out;

“Research also shows we consume 60 grams of added sugars a

day. So including naturally provided sugars, the daily total is

93.5 grams.”

I can keep going all day…

So what does this mean for you?

In case you don’t know, that’s a hell of a lot of insulin your

body has to produce to remove the sugar out of your blood stream,

which means a lot of lipogenic fat storage.

Especially around the mid section of your body.

Think love handles and jelly belly.

So by converting to the Schweeet way you will be doing your

body a huge favour by;

1) Not eating empty calories.

2) Naturally boosting your testosterone levels and reducing

your insulin production which will result in a very nice

reduction of your waist line.

3) Reverse diabetes
