I’m excited to share this little story with you because
there’s a couple of important lessons within her story.
Before Sophie started with us, she was your typical
‘scales junkie’, always worrying about her weight and
erratic eating, which was all over the place.
She found comfort in sugar ladened foods which made her feel
Had no idea how a different lifestyle and fresh outlook
could impact on her health for the better.
She would rather miss a bus and wait 20 mins for
another than run for it.
And always planned her day around food.
You see, the clients we have come onboard are more or less
in the same dilemma, focussing on the wrong things, not
knowing how to respond to the signals their body is telling
them.
She was stuck and scared of doing the ‘unknown’ so
she kept on repeating the dieter’s yo-yo cycle of - eating
less and move more, which you know isn’t the best
way forward.
But things have started to change for her as she has been
getting quite few people noticing and giving her complements
about her figure.
I’d like to say more but I’ll let her take over from here;
“I feel educated.
If I go off track I know exactly what I need to do to get
back on the wagon.
My skin feels tighter, less skin breakouts.
More muscle tone and general strength and stamina is
improving.
I feel more in control of my moods too.
Changing to a
nutrient dense diet has helped massively and I have been getting
a lot of stress relief from exercise, which has helped..
I sleep well after training and my concentration is markedly
The list goes on!”
See how there is not a mention of weight??
That’s because she now knows weight is just the small and
less important part of her transformation.
Recent results show she’s lost 3 inches from her
tummy and 1 from her hips but all in all she’s a lot
slimmer all over and people are noticing.
You might think “that’s not much” but for a person
that’s struggled with her weight all her life, she’s made
more progress in these last 2 months than in her whole lifetime.
So I wanted to get some suggestions from her about what
you should do to get in shape, so I went ahead and asked Sophie
what her 3 top tips would be for you and she said:
1. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
2. Get a team behind you to spur you on.
3. Don’t give up!
This is a big part as to why we’ve created ProjectU..
To bring people together and move them away from the
traditional diets and bring them into a team that pushes
eachother forward, who follow sound nutrition and training
principles…
…not just doing what ‘sounds good’!
Incase you wanted a spot on our next program, you best
