Is It Going To Work?

Red, amber, green… GO!!

It’s green so it must be healthy right?!?!

I think the whole traffic light thing should stay on the roads and control traffic.

I’m sure you’ve heard about it by now…

They are bringing in new food labeling to try and help combat the obesity epidemic.

It’s great that food companies are voluntarily signing up, but it still doesn’t help

people understand the pros and cons of what they are eating.

What I find a little frustrating is that there’s still no real information about

what the effects of sugar, salt, rancid fats and preservatives in packaged foods have on the human body.

I believe if you educate a person about the positives and negatives on the

effects of food then that person is going to improve their eating habits and lead a healthier lifestyle.

The reason I teach my members at ProjectU about the effects of food is

so they understand and make better lifestyle choices.

—————- Product Comparison——————-

Say I compare 2 different brands of biscuits and picked the one with more green on it.

Am I really being healthier??

I may be consuming a little less sugar and salt but what nutrition am I getting from a sugary biscuit??

To be honest, when I want a biscuit I couldn’t care less what the calories were.

I’m more interested in the taste when I fancy a biscuit (which isn’t very often) I tend

to go for chocolate digestives or hobnobs with chocolate which are the worst.

Sugar is sugar!

There will never be a food label on this planet that will convince me to think

it’s healthy because it is green. End off!

I wasn’t surprised at all to hear that a couple of very well established food and

drink companies were not entering the scheme.

If a drink can clean a toilet, personally it shouldn’t even be legal to sell.

You can’t not agree with that?!

Pretty much all packaged foods have been processed in some way.

So it’s up to you to question what the manufacturer puts in the packaged foods.

It’s up to you to research what you put in your body to have more respect for your ‘home’.

You only get one body and only one chance

Everyday counts to make an effect on your health.

You can’t rewind and change the food choices that have already been taken.

It’s down to you to make time to make things from scratch using fresh ingredients with your own hands

Everyone is so determined to have a nice car, a nice house, nice hair, and expensive clothes.

People have forgotten about their own health in the process…

The realisation only hits people when something shocks them enough to take action to get healthy again.

Like having to buy bigger clothes again after they got some the previous year

——————- Shopping Dilemma ———————-

One of my clients had a major problem with food labels for a very long time.

She was set in her ways of reading labels, looking at the fat content, the sugar and

calories of every packaged food she was going to eat.

She was going insane at one point…

She’d make her decisions on what the fat content and calories were so she didn’t eat too much food.

Not a fun way to live if you ask me.

She was desperate to lose weight and couldn’t understand why she wasn’t getting

results she wanted eating a calorie controlled diet and pre-packaged foods

She’d done a couple of different diets in the past and at no point did anyone

tell her to make food for herself from scratch….

No wonder she struggled to lose any body fat.

Anyway, what I’d like to do for you is get you started a better way.

A clean way with a bit of exercise to go along with it

I’ve found 7 of my 30 days of weight loss cook book with 30 fat loss

workouts which can be done at home or at the gym.

The original price for the book is £37 but for the fastest action takers you can have one for £27.

Eating clean generally means removing certain foods from your diet.

Removing foods like: Refined sugar, Alcohol, caffeine, processed food, wheat and gluten to name a few.

The more of these foods we eat the more unhealthy we will become!!

Now it’s not easy to start removing all of these foods from your diet and replacing

them with something more nutritious and healthy in one go…is it?

However if you had a guide that showed you exactly what to eat step by step

and how to make it healthy…that would work for you right?

Imagine a cookbook meal planner that told you what to eat for breakfast,

lunch and dinner for 30 days. That’s 90 different healthy recipes, how easy would that make things?

A cook book that tells you exactly how to prepare and cook these foods, saving your valuable time - yes?

This would save YOU valuable time looking at food labels looking at

what’s in them and then figuring out how to cook it.

When I launched this cookbook a couple of months back it completely sold

out in 24 hours, however I have a few more copies left and am letting them go at only 27 quid.
