Are You Scared??
Take a moment to think about the word boot camp. Some people hear the word boot camp and they compare it to the military, hard, regimented and in your face shouting.
Now think about Zumba? Much softer, a very well known brand, where you dance it up for 1 hour and socialise with your mates.
But which actually delivers results??
I know Zumba is a fun place to be to get active, but does it provide a solution??
Now Boot Camps on the other are a little bit more on the intense side, not so much like living in hard beds, training solidly and eating the worst basic foods to feed the masses.
What you need to ask yourself is, are you scared of a little hard work?
Most of us know nowadays know that it takes effort and determination to lose weight, but what are you changing in your life that is taking effect on your shape?
Have you lost and gained weight, fluctuated, or just stayed the same? If yes then ditch that class.
You would be surprised at how much fun a boot camp can actually be. YES I really do mean fun. The impact it will have on your life AND your body shape, the buzz you get after the session is over is phenomenal. Yes it is hard work but success never comes easy did it?? Success loves speed. The trick is to find one that is based around fun and laughter, so you laugh yourself through the pain
Have you looked into starting a boot camp or have you been too chicken to try one out??
Did you make plans to attend one but never actually took the step to make it to the class?
The idea of the whole military theme, where the instructor is going to kill you if you can’t do a press up or a sit up, scares the hell out of you? (this is probably the big one here)
Boot camps are the big styley new craze with newly qualified instructors starting boot camps left right and centre saying they are the best and cheapest. This can sometimes have a negative impact on the bigger camps, as things can go a little wrong and the client’s don’t get results or just have an awful experience.
So, when you are looking at starting a camp ask yourself this…
Does the cheapest get you results??
Does pay as you go give you accountability to your training so you actually get results??
Are you going to enjoy the style of the fitness camps, which are taught?
Lastly, does the camp provide you with testimonials of before and afters, to back up his or her training?
Take these questions into consideration and join a program that provides a solution with consistent and sustainable results.
