A recent topic with my clients has been to
listen to our bodies more often.
Not to stick to something so rigidly.
Like…
Always having breakfast when you wake up
Or eating at set times when you aren’t
hungry.
Always eating a snack when you don’t
really need to.
Never forget what you’re about to read.
Your body is smarter than you are.
You can’t argue with your body when
it’s hungry and tired can you??
But why is it hungry an tired though??
Is it because of the sugary lunch you
had??
Or because you had a rubbish nights
sleep?
You control how your body feels and talks
to you by controlling what you shovel into
your mouth, the amount you sleep you have
each night and the amount of stress you’re
under and so on…
That’s how the body works after all
On the signals we send it.
^^^Water^^^ - is something we should be
drinking on the hour every hour till we go
to bed but not a lot of us do it because
we forget.
And without water your body doesn’t release
fat.
Please don’t say I don’t like it, you’re not
5 years old.
Creating a healthy body is a conscious
process, not necessarily just will power.
Will power is a whole other interesting topic
but more on that later.
It’s why “dieting” never will be a short term
“fix”
It’s a healthy habit like taking a shower,
brushing your teeth, and doing regular
exercise…
Healthy habits take a while to sink into
your normal daily routine. Sticking with it
will mean far greater results than any short
term ‘Fix’
