Is food slowly making you feel S***
Hey, hope you are having an amazing week so far!
I turned 23 a few days ago so…..woohoo!! You know it’s true what people say, you care less about your birthdays as you get older. Not saying I’m old, I just care less about it.
Now in this article I won’t be pitching or selling anything. Promise!! I just want you to think about what you read in the next 4 to 5 minutes and act on what your body feels to improve the way you look and the quality of your life.
Change the way you look for the better and the quality of your life will improve ten fold… wouldn’t you agree?
Great!!
This next part might get a little boring but please last to the end and you’ll be on my wave length so answer these questions truthfully otherwise it will not benefit you in the long run.
Lack of energy
Do you feel tired all the time?
Do you get snappy?
Do you feel drained at certain times of the day?
Do you feel unwell for no apparent reason??
Is your intake of sugar, tea and coffee high?
Pain and inflammation
Are any joints swollen?
Do you have much neck, shoulder or back pain?
Is most of your meals fast food?
Do you take non-prescription painkillers?
Indigestion
Are you frequently constipated?
Gas and bloating
Do you bloat immediately after eating?
Is gas frequently a problem?
Do you crave sweet foods, bread, pasta or wine?
Headaches and migraines
Do you regularly take painkillers for headaches?
Do you eat lots of cheese/chocolate/ and dairy foods?
These are some of the common symptoms my boot camp members suffered from on a regular basis before they started training with me.
You know the saying “You are what you eat”? Well it’s so true because if you eat crap you feel shit and suffer from most of the above on a regular basis.
Whatever your lifestyle, make the changes… in fact! Get it in your head that you want rid of all of the above otherwise don’t bother. Give it your all or nothing… make time to change your diet and the way you eat daily. Avoid the obvious foods that are causing the harm to your body.
Dairy
Wheat
Gluten
Low Fat Products
Caffeine
Alcohol
Sweeteners
Sugars

Processed Foods
If it means getting up earlier before work or cooking 10-15 minutes more in the kitchen, DO IT and don’t be lazy about it!
If our ancient ancestors were lazy and didn’t hunt and gather food just because they couldn’t be bothered then we would not be here today.
Don’t get fat and suffer from all the common problems because of our diet today.
Add these foods to your diet weekly and I guarantee the bloated belly, regular headaches, lack of energy, constipation, pain and inflammation will all vanish.
