Right now I am in the mood to break
something.
My interent has been on and off for
the 5-6 days.
So yesterday I thought it was time to call
BT to find out what the hell is wrong
with the connection.
The service has been rather pants the
last year so this was the final straw.
Anyway, in my calm angry voice I called…
The nice lady on the phone discovered
that it was indeed the connection
that way my problem.
Duh… she did the systems check
and said that they will need to
send out an engineer to fix it.
I was relieved to here that it will
be sorted but then she laid a
big bomb shell on me.
Mr Alexander (my actual english name)
if the cooper wire has been damaged
due a fallen tree or from any building
work your account will be charged
a fee of £129.99 plus your standard
monthly fee.
Hang on a minute…
I live in a flat with no trees in the
surrounding area, no building works.
How is this my problem??
I couldn’t take the risk, if their
was no problem, I wouldn’t get charged,
if there was, that’s my whole months
food money gone on a bloody wire.
No thank you.
So made the logical and quick decision
was to thank them for there rather shit
service and go to another provider.
From this experience I will never go
back to BT ever again.
This is kind of like when you discovered a
diet you signed up for didn’t work.
It doesn’t make sense to go back to see
if it works the second time right??
Because it wont get you the flat stomach
you want.
It wont get you back into your smaller
clothes
It wont help you feel comfortable with
how you look.
So the simple option is to into something
else.
If you’re stuck about what to do next
and want less headache searching for a
solution…
Give me a call on my personal number
07828538560 and we can talk to see if
I can help you get the results you want,
with less hassle and less fuss.
Just a single call will help you
understand more about dieting and getting
noticeable results.
As for my internet, I’ll call around
and do my research before I sign up for
anything else.
Jango
PS I’m around to talk most of this afternoon
