MY honest opinion on the 5:2 diet

MY honest opinion on the 5:2 diet

Ever since the program on Horizon last

August it’s been a regular topic of

discussion with a lot of people.

Even my mum’s been reading about it…

I never actually got the book because I knew

about it way before it become a new way to

diet.

But just like any new diet or the ‘claim

of amazing results’ on the market it got

alot of attention from people that wanted

to lose weight…

So most of the UK icon wink MY honest opinion on the 5:2 diet

It’s worked wonders on a lot people because

it fits in with their lifestyle.

The whole method is quite simple really.

You eat less and you lose weight. Plus you

can benefit from fasting too.

It’s not rocket science after all…

Eating healthy is your choice and it will

determine your current health and body shape.

If you’re going to indulge in crap during the

week and think you’re doing your body a favour

because you are fasting, you’ve got the whole

thing backwards my friend.

You may as-well can go on a sweetie diet for a

week.

You’ll lose weight but feel like crap for

doing it …

———-Before and Now ————

If we take a step back in time fasting used

to be something the hunter gatherer did a lot

of.

In famine when food wasn’t so easy to get hold

of.

In today world that’s not a problem.

It’s all about eating smaller more frequent

meals…

What a load of crap that was.

There’s way too much hard work involved and

it’s harder to know how much you’ve eaten unless

you weigh everything but who actually WANTS to

do that??

Ever thought of eating 2 big meals a day

instead of 5 smaller meals??

Works a treat. icon wink MY honest opinion on the 5:2 diet

———-Before and Now ————

Eating less and fasting gives your whole body a

break from constantly working.

Puts the body under a lot less stress.

Especially your liver and digestive system,

called the parasympathetic nervous system.

It’s great for hormonal health.

Great for energy and mental clarity.

Great for longevity.

Helps insulin sensitivity

And much more.

The thing I teach often is not to stick to

something to rigidly.

You’re not in the army.

Start to listen to your body a bit more

and FEEL what’s right.

Don’t put pressure on yourself to do it at the

weekends.

That’s when things can start to go wrong. icon wink MY honest opinion on the 5:2 diet

You can do a fast any day of the week to get

the benefits.

Fasting is something we’ve been doing at

our camps for quite some time now for it’s

huge health and fat loss benefits.

But we do is a bit differently to what the

book and the program advises.

More on that tomorrow.

Stay tuned

PS We all know what we should and shouldn’t

eat/drink, there’s no quick fix, so don’t

abuse it otherwise it will come back and bite you

in the arse!

There is however a fast way to get your body

back which I’ll teach you on our taster week

next week.

I’ve got 7 places left, there’s one for you if you

want it. http://www.projectu.co.uk
